Club Draw - the last draw (prize £25.50) was won by Colin Marr, well done Colin.
So, to-night there will be a fresh draw with a fresh sheet. Please bring your £1s and have a modest flutter. Thank You and Good Luck.
Half the money staked goes back out as prize money, the rest goes towards funding equipment purchases for your club (e.g. the new PA system). There is generally a Club Draw on all nights that ARE NOT judging nights (not enough time).
No winner to-night; Richard Lyons won the consolation prize - some paper hankies with '£20 notes' printed on them. Rollover next week.
Les Fraser is going to do turn in the second half about how his photography has progressed through his club membership. I've had 11 long serving members tell me they are not coming this week so we should be more comfortable than usual. If you entered Edinburgh I will have your returned prints - I'll leave them in box in the cupboard if you cannot pick them up. The catalogue is awful but does have every accepted print shown in it. I still have some A3 PermaJet paper (%20 off list price) but not for much longer. Se my other bulletin and let me know if you want any.
Cheers for that Les, really helpful intro to comps.
