Here we go folks! Round 2. This one might prove tricky but I have confidence in you all.
The following pic must be the next shade in the colour wheel.
I'm laying down some rules this time - not because I want to spoil the fun but more because I have serious OCD (not really) and I'm excited to see what the gallery looks like when we finish it. Total 100 again.
1. The uploadad pic must be a good example of the next colour in the wheel i.e. a very good proportion of the image and not just colour in a wee part of the image.
2. No total colourising allowed - otherwise this would be too easy, but you can use colourising to enhance parts of an image if you like.
3. You can follow your own pic but that's not so much of a challenge and we'd prefer not, but will allow it.
4. Clockwise please!
Apart from that it's game on. If you manage to find a link in the actual picture like the merry-go-round then that's bonus points (not that we're counting but you are allowed to feel very smug).
Good luck!

If you miss an upload you can stay poised until the wheel reaches your colour again.
Oh, and this isn't a rule as such but it would be mighty disappointing if, when we reach green or blue, we just end up with another grass or sky pic.
If you want to know why we say there are 7 colours in the rainbow you can find a brief but interesting explanation here:

What happened to 'not following your pic?' Three and four in a row?
Who cares - go for it! Stupid rule anyway.
That remark will come back to haunt you Ian
:o)
The cropping tool is a pain. Why does it insist on cropping square?
You mean on the website? If yes then because the images on the home page and the thumbnails are square. The crop tool allows you to select the part of the image that will appear as that square. It's not cropped for any other reason.
Are...thanks Ian, I couldn't understand why most of the images were not square when viewed....had forgotten about the thumbnails....sorry there always has to be one dumb one .....
Well done folks, a colourful gallery!
An interesting experience. I don't 'do' colour. All too often it gets in the way and is a distraction, so often I desaturate a little. This little game made me look at colour differently. It made me try a different workflow. The other consequence.....in the end we were all scrabbling to meet the colour sequence......so we were shamefully willing to share boring images....ha ! Fun though !
Ian, would you be willing to change your final photo to one I've got that contains all the colours of your Colour Wheel and contains an appropriate message for the end of Lockdown?
